Refund policy

You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number for your return or exchange to be processed.

Unsolicited returns cannot be processed.

If you are unsatisfied or have simply changed your mind about a purchase made on our website, we may be able to set up a return for you. Returns for exchange or refund are available for purchases made directly from the HANDL New York website for 90 days after the original purchase date.  For returns purchased at other retailers, please contact the place of purchase directly.  Return window may differ.
