HANDL Warranty

All HANDL New York products purchased directly from HANDLNewYork.com carry a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.  This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover abuse or misuse by purchaser.  HANDL New York will repair or replace defective products.

To Obtain Warranty Service:

Customer must contact us via email at info@handlnewyork.com to initiate warranty service.  Please provide proof of purchase or an order number if ordered directly from HANDLNewYork.com and photos of damaged item.

We will issue a pre-paid return label to ship back the damaged item.

Not Covered By Warranty:

HANDL product guarantees its products from defects in materials and workmanship.  Damage to product from accidents, misuse, improper storage or damage from external sources such as water and fire are not covered by warranty..

Warranty For Products Purchased From Authorized Retailers:

For products purchase from an authorized HANDL New York retailer such as Amazon.com, our products are warrantied for 30-days.  Please contact the retailer for information on exchanging your product within this timeframe.
